What I do
I provide effective, flexible and fun training so that you can learn to use Makaton with confidence. From accredited Makaton training courses to play-based family sessions, I offer a bespoke service that will be tailored to meet your needs.
Who I am
I am Jenny Prior, a Highly Specialist Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist with 20 years’ experience working in the NHS to support children and young people who have a range of speech, language and communication needs.
I have been a licensed Makaton Regional Tutor for 15 years, training parents, carers and professionals to use the signs and symbols of the Makaton Language Programme.
I am passionate about helping people learn to use Makaton, so that they in turn can help others develop their speech, language and communication skills, and create inclusive environments.
